Cancellation Policy: The Hotel understands that all reservations for sleeping rooms (i.e., Superior Guestrooms) will be made, modified or canceled by individual Event attendees directly with the Hotel by calling 212-303-7760 or 800-697-2522 and, in either case, referring to 2025 DCAT Week. Reservations must be made on or before Monday, February 17, 2025. All Event attendees will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. Changes and cancellations may be made by the individual attendee without penalty until 4pm on Monday, February 17, 2025. Any changes and cancellations after Monday, February 17, 2025 will incur a cancellation fee equal to one-night’s room and tax charge. If any changes or cancellations occur within seven days of the Event start date, or there is a no-show, the individual attendee will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of room and tax charges for the entire reservation.
